I had the same issue with every approach. Copying from Word and using the "Paste and Match Style" option.Copying from Word and pasting in normally. Here are the importing methods I've tried: ![]() The only way I can see around this is to go through the MS manually and re-indent all my paragraphs-which would take forever! Everything-including the first line of each new paragraph-is left aligned. The import works fine except that after the first few paragraphs of every new chapter, Scrivener "forgets" my paragraph indents. I am trying to import my MS from Word into Scrivener. I'm using the newest version of Scrivener on a Mac. If nothing else, it will give me something to do until Salvation pops back up. F it, I'm going to look for that rust bucket and see for myself what's going on around here. I have nothing as far as evidence of any kind. I kept staring at that ship, and for whatever reason, I can't shake the feeling that there's guardian artifacts onboard. Anyway a 200 CR bounty on me later it was just a ship sitting there, no one around, and no one came when I started shooting it. Was curious about what a dredger was, and I've never shot a structure so. I went to the dredger the day before the CG. In theory they could still be tracked down as their vessel’s hyperdrive has a similar range to modern-day fleet carriers.” Alternatively, the Scriveners detected richer pickings elsewhere – either fresh resources for the dredger to consume or new information for their ‘Knowledge Core’. ![]() Very similar are the dictionaries from Ultralingua."The dredger belonging to the Scriveners Clan has left the Perseus Dark Region KC-V c2-2 system, where the Hesperus megaship is located. But I find the Collins Dictionary and Thresaurus superior both in content and handling to the bundled Apple dictionary. I have to manually copy and paste it into Mellel. However, with the Collins app I cannot direcly replace a word in Mellel. I can then easily switch between the Dictionary, Thresaurus, or Translation Dictionaries modules, depending on want is installed. So I can select a word in Mellel hit F9 and the Collins application pops to the front with either Thresaurus or Dictionary explanations of that words (whatever was open before). This application allows me to assign a hotkey. I personally work with the Collins Dictionary and Thresaurus. This still appears to be counterintuitive to me. If I want to see the the Thresaurus I still have to enter the word manually in the search field of the Dictionary app and hit return. Unfortunaty, it does not work with the Thresaurus. ![]() I can now select a word in Mellel and hit Command - Alt - D and the Dictionary App opens with the Dictionary explanations for that particular word. So I have unticked the Dictionary Shortcuts in the Keyboard Shortcuts System Preferences and added a new Keyboard Shortcut under All Application and named it exactly the way it is written under the Services menu. I am working with Mac OS 10.4.11 and I have just found out that the system keyboard shortcut for Look Up in Dictionary did not work because the menu command under the Services menu is called Look Up in Dictionary whereas the menu command for Keyboard Shortcuts in the System Preferences is called Look up in Dictionary.
